RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns. However we can offer exchanges, for these items of the same value. This includes any sales or holiday promotions. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company!

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at startlovingblackpeople@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

SHIPPING & ORDER FULFILMENT POLICY
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 1-5 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 2 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

Start Loving Black People WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
